401(k) Plan Statements

Each participant within the 401(k) plan will receive a quarterly statement via the mail.  For those physicians who are not afraid of technology, they can choose to receive these statements via e-mail.  The statement reflects the quarter end balance, activity during the quarter, investment allocations by percentage and by dollar, and a personal one year rate of return.  Ask for a sample statement by contacting Chris Renner @ rennerc@medamerica.com.

Defined Benefit Plan Statements

Because the defined benefit plan is valued annually, each participant within the defined benefit plan will receive a statement annually.  The statement will reflect the year end balance and the following year’s contribution.
