Can physician groups purchase only the defined benefit plan or must MedAmerica Financial Services administer both the Defined Contribution (401k) Plan and the Defined Benefit Plan?

Physician groups can utilize MedAmerica for one plan or both plans.  Fees for each plan are individually set.  However, a combination plan will result in lower combined unitized fees.
